L'obiettivo, fin dall'inizio, e' stato quello di costruire un ampli combo, che potesse competere con i migliori sul mercato in risposta e potenza." A differenza di altri ampli sul mercato, il Custom Shop 50 puo' sopportare pedali overdrive con high gain senza rompersi. Il Custom Shop 50 ha un headroom necessario,  risposta dinamica e feeling su tutto lo spettro tonale, per suonare dal Blues classico al Rock, all'Heavy Metal al Jazz.

Il Custom Shop 50 della Carl Martin e' completamente costruito a mano punto a punto.

General Guidelines on the use of the Custom Shop 50:

The Custom Shop 50 features:
KT66 tubes, 2x12" Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, 50W class AB,- 34W class A, Selectable rectifier tube, Large reverb tank, Bright switch, Gain-Bass, Middle, High, Master, Reverb controls and Reverb remote switch.

Top view seen from left to right:
Input,- Bright switch,- Gain,- Bass,- Middle,- Treble,- Master,- Reverb, - Blue on/off LED,- Bypass switch and on/off switch.

Bottom view seen from left to right:
Fuse holder (mains 2A 250V)
Mains plug
Fuse holder (H.T 500mA 250V)
Switch (Diodes / GZ 34 rectifier tube)
Switch (Class AB / Class A)
Switch (Speaker 4 & 8 Ohm)

PLEASE NOTICE
To secure the best possible long term operation the Custom Shop 50 is a all hand wired point to point construction. The Custom Shop 50 is an all tube amplifier using KT66 output tubes, the KT66 is a very large tube and to secure the longest life on the tubes PLEASE TRANSPORT & HANDLE WITH CARE.
For operation turn on the mains power switch, and wait a minute so the tubes can be warm before turning on the bypass switch.
When using extra 2x12" speaker cabinet; rewire the internal speakers from parallel 4 Ohm operation to serials 16 Ohm operation, and use a 16 Ohm external cabinet. Set the speaker select switch to 8 Ohm.

The amp pictured is a Custom Shop 50 Head with 2x12" Celestion Vintage 30 covered in black tolex with a tan grill cloth,- gold piping,- gold vent grill and cream chickenhead knobs. It can be made with a variety of different tolex, grill cloth, piping and vent grill's upon request. Our amps will be all tube and hand wired point to point using only the highest quality components.

The Custom Shop 50 Head features:
KT66 tubes, 2x12" 50W class AB,- 34W class A, Selectable rectifier tube or diode, Bright switch, Gain, Bass, Middle, High, Presence and Master volumes

When you order your Custom Shop 50 Head or Cabinets you can freely make your own combination of a number of different Tolex and Grill Cloth, together with either Black or Cream chickenhead knob's and White or Gold piping.
